Pineapple1 slice
Vanilla ice cream1 box
Chocolate sauce1 cup
Fresh mint1 leaf/slice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Slice the pineapple: thickness of 1.5 cm/slice.
  • Remove the core and create a hole in the center of each pineapple slice.
  • Place the pineapple slices on the grill for 2 minutes on per side.
  • When ready, serve with one scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce per slice. Add fresh mint for decoration.
