Savory Garlic Marinated New York Steak
Timing can be adjusted based on personal taste and thickness of meat.
|Balsamic vinegar||1/2 cup|
|Extra-virgin olive oil||1/4 cup|
|Olive oil||2 teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1/2 teaspoon|
|New York steak||10 oz|
- Pat the steak dry and sprinkle it with salt on both sides.
- When the oven is hot, first sear the edges and then grill the steak for 4 minutes per side according to the size of the steak and your preferences.
- On the side, sear some garlic with rosemary and extra-virgin olive oil for 2 minutes. Let it cool down a little and add some salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
- Rest the steak for 2 minutes, and serve.
