Grilled Asparagus with Pancetta
Timing can be adjusted based on personal taste and thickness of meat.
|Slices pancetta||8 slices|
|Ground black pepper||1/2 teaspoon|
- Prepare the asparagus by peeling off the rough parts of the stem. Boil in salty water for 1 min.
- Cool the asparagus under running water, pat them dry, and wrap them with pancetta.
- Place on the grill for 3 minutes and make sure to turn them regularly.
