Capt'n Cook Refund and Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return unused merchandise purchased on the web store. Customers wishing to return items must contact us to request a return before returning any product.

Products must be returned in new condition to receive a full refund. If an item is returned to us that has been used or is no longer in new condition, Capt'n Cook reserves the right to exclude such an item from a refund, or charge a 20% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item at the time we receive it. Any items received that are damaged or broken will not be refunded, unless the customer initially received the item broken or damaged. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure to package any returns well and document the condition of the item prior to returning it. Customers are encouraged to use a mail service that offers insurance on the item in case of damage during transit. Capt'n Cook will not be responsible for items damaged during return shipping. For product which is being returned due to an error on our end (wrong product sent, incorrectly recommended product, product damaged in transit), we will send you a pre-paid return label after your request being approved.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Customers must report and send a picture of any damaged items or incorrect items received within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to hello@ovenplus.com, (Incorrect items are defined as items that differ from what was ordered or items that were incorrectly recommended by Capt'n Cook.) Upon verification, Capt'n Cook will issue a prepaid return label to send the damaged/incorrect items back to our warehouse. Once the items are received, we will ship replacement items to the customer. All damaged/incorrect products must still be sent back to Capt'n Cook within the 30-day return window.

ORDERS CANCELLATIONS

If any order is canceled before the "shipping confirmation email" has been sent, no additional charges will be applied. However, if the order is canceled after the shipping confirmation email has been sent, you will have to follow the return policy and submit a return request. Please note that the Shipping charges for returns will not be refunded and we reserve the right to decline such an item from a refund, or we may charge a 20% restocking fee, based on the condition of the returned item at the time we receive it.
